How do I sign up for free pick up and delivery? Click below or call us anytime.

What do I do for my first order?

After signing up online, our customer service team will call and welcome you to our service. We ask that you leave your items accessible for your driver by 8am on the morning of your scheduled service. Items can be left outside your door, with a concierge or in a designated location you’ve shared with us. If you have received your free Hangers blue laundry bag already, you can simply place the items with any initial instructions in the bag. If you have not yet received your blue bags from us, you can leave your items in any bag of your choice. Please label the bag for Hangers Cleaners. We will return it to you on your first delivery. If you have any questions always feel free to CALL US. We love to talk.

How should I separate my dry cleaning and laundry for pick up?

Simply place all your items in your bag. We follow all care labels and we will sort your items for proper cleaning. If you have items for our wash dry fold service you may place these in a separate bag labeled wash and fold. We will be happy to provide a special Hangers wash and fold bag for your items. You can always leave a note or call us for any special instructions. Tell us once – all items are identified in our system along with any special instructions.

Do I receive laundry bags?

All delivery customers will receive a welcome kit full of cool things along with two personalized laundry bags.

How are my items returned?

Your clean clothes will be returned on your next scheduled delivery day at the same place of pickup unless specified otherwise. They will be left hanging on the door using our provided over the door hanger or placed in a designated location of your choosing, You can customize your delivery location(front door-behind porch pillar-back door-garage etc.) under order preferences or call us or leave a note for your driver.

What is the difference between dry cleaning , laundry or wash and fold?

Dry cleaning – Dry clean only garments are cleaned in a water free eco-friendly cleaning solution. Clothes are gently agitated in the solution. This process is great for delicate items and everyday fabrics. Not all garments need to be labeled dry clean only. We wet clean a large percentage of items. The garments are steam pressed and sent back to you on a hanger.

Laundered and pressed

This is idea for button up dress shirts and blouses that are 100% cotton or a cotton / polyester blend. Your garments are washed in a commercial machine with blends of soaps and conditioners ( starch if requested) and water temperatures safe for your fabrics. Afterwords they are pressed ( ironed) wet which creates a crisp finish. Items are hung on a hanger, but we do offer a fold service if requested.

TIP

Garments with spandex, linen or rayon are better suited in dry cleaning. Over time these fabrics have proven to not be as durable as cotton or polyester. It is highly recommended  you have them dry cleaned instead to prolong the life of the garment.

Wash and fold

Wash and fold is your basic laundry service ( like you do at home) but much better because we are doing it for you! Your laundry is washed in a commercial machine and tumble dried in a commercial dryer. It is folded and packaged before it is returned to you nice and clean and ready to be put away. This service is charged by the pound with the exception of certain special or household items such as a comforter or blanket. Wash and fold items are not ironed.

Do you have any locations I can drive to?

Yes. Your Hangers account is good for use with our delivery service or at any of our five LOCATIONS.

All stores offer same day or next day service if needed or if you just forgot to put your bag out for your driver, you can always drop it off at one of our locations and we will deliver them to you on your next scheduled day.

Do you have a referral program?

Of course. For every friend, family member or stranger that you send to us, they get 20% off every order for two months and you get a $10.00 credit on your account, along with a BIG thank you.

Is your process eco-friendly?

Yes Hangers was the first eco-friendly cleaners. We have always been PERC free. We live here and we love it here. We are the only cleaners in Arkansas to receive the Sustain The Rock award and to be recognized by the Seirra Club.

How do I pay?

All accounts are required to have a credit card on file. You can manage this in YOUR ACCOUNT. Our drivers do not accept payments. Other monthly billing options are available. Just give us a call.

How do I update my credit card information?
Is there a minimum order charge?

There is never a minimum charge on your order. We want to be your go to cleaners for all your cleaning needs big or small.

I'm afraid someone will steal my clothes.

We have been delivering all over Pulaski County for more than 30 years and we have never experienced a theft issue. Any concerns can be addressed by our office or your driver.

Is there a charge for this service?

No. Hangers Cleaners home delivery is FREE.

What if I don't need service on my delivery day?

No problem. We will be back on your next scheduled day. Just call us or message us.

I lost my password to my account. What do I do?

No worries. Just click HERE and you can reset your password or just give us a call and we can help.

How does the delivery service work?

Hangers will come to your home or office twice a week for pick up and delivery on your areas scheduled days. You do not need to be home. Depending on your area, you will have service on Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday. If a holiday falls on your delivery day and we are closed, you will be serviced on your next scheduled day.

Who should I contact if I have a problem?

You can CALL US, EMAIL us, leave a note in your bag or tell your driver. We pride ourselves on treating you they way we would want to be treated and we want to make you happy.

Who will pick up my clothes?

Depending on your area, you will have the same driver all the time. Your welcome kit and email will provide your drivers name. All drivers are uniformed and driving a clearly marked Hangers van. Each of our drivers have been part of our team for at least 10 years and a couple for more than 20 years. They love us and we love them.

How will I know what my charges are?

Your clothes are returned with an invoice attached. You can also view all of your past and current orders online in your ACCOUNT or you may view them on the Hangers phone APP.
